Admissions Procedure

(It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!)

Browse our website for answers to most of your questions, but if you don't see something you need to know just call our office for more information.  Once you feel confident that Veritas Virtual is the solution for your teen's current academic needs:

1. Complete our simple, one-page application form giving us important information about you and your teen.  Return the application with the accompanying Financial Agreement Form and appropriate deposit payment to the school office.
2. You'll be assigned a mentor-teacher who will be your guide to success as you begin your Veritas journey, whether for one class or the complete Core Program.
3. We'll enroll you in the requested on-line courses and send you an introductory email with a syllabus of expectations for each course and a timetable for when to expect your courses to be operational and coursework to begin (usually within 24 to 48 hours).

That's it!  Students don't have to begin their program immediately (if registering in the spring or summer for the next fall term, for example), but students have that option if desired.  One advantage for beginning (and ending) a course during our normally scheduled terms is that students can interact with other teens enrolled in the same course.  But it should be noted that once started students have only four months to complete each term's course objectives.

School terms are held in accordance with the following schedule:

• The Fall Term is from mid-September through mid-January.
• The Spring Term is from mid-January through mid-May.
• The Summer Term is from mid-May through mid-September.
