Veritas Varsity offers a "one-of'-a-kind" educational experience for a price competitive with every other virtual school program in the nation. The reality is that families who choose Veritas could eventually save thousands of tuition dollars over the course of the entire program (compared with traditional private schools). That's because our curriculum plan makes it possible to graduate in only three years, instead of the traditional four, thereby saving an entire year of tuition. In addition, our tuition is the lowest of any area, private school, so even students on a 4-year track for graduation pay thousands less in tuition. Students may also receive credit for approved courses taken outside of the Veritas program (up to 7 credits) for no tuition charge (registration fees apply).
At a low tuition of only $4,200 per year (Core Program), we offer a value unmet by any traditional private school in the nation. As a matter of fact, students enrolled in the Texas Virtual School or the private K12 virtual school would pay hundreds more for a complete regimen of high school courses. Additional courses may be taken for the same, discounted rate of $850/credit course, saving even more money. Enrolling students pay a one-time registration fee of $400, if enrolling in the Core Program, or a low $50 fee for every 1-credit course, if enrolling in the Part-time Program
ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS in the amount of a 50% credit are available to enrolling students who have tested at a 12.9 grade equivalency for the overall battery score of any nationally recognized achievement test (i.e. Stanford Achievement Test) within six months prior to enrollment. Academic scholarships are also awarded for students with a 12.9 grade equivalency in sub-tests in the four core subject areas of English, history, math and science. The amount of these scholarships depends on the relevant number of subject areas tested and scored at that level. Discounts do not apply to registration fees.
